Show Document Relationships

This page describes two (2) methods on how to view document relationships.

This page assumes you have searched for and located the document. Refer to
Search for Documents on how to find documents in SPF.
 View Info MapThe simplest method is to select the View Info Map icon located left of the Doc. Number.

The Info Map displays relationships for the selected document. -
Select any object on the map to view its relationships to other objects.

 Alternative: Select Action Menu-
Alternatively, you can select the Actions menu button, located left of the Doc. Number. -
Actions menu opens on left side of screen.

 Select Relationships

Under the >Relationships menu option there are several sub-menus available for viewing a document's relationships. -
e.g. Doc Metadata, Facility/PBS, Master Relationships, Revision Relationships, and others.
