When you log in to SPF, the top right-hand corner of the window displays three settings:
Query [the Plant and/or Project(s) in which to look when performing a search]
Create [the Plant or Project in which objects are created]
Role [the roles that provide you with access and capabilities to objects]
At times one or more of these settings may be inadvertently cleared which makes it seem like you are unable to do anything in SPF. Your window may resemble the following:
To rectify the issue simply click any of these items and provide the values for each of the settings.
Most project users will want to query and create within the Jansen plant.
Under the Roles menu item, select all desired roles (usually all), then hit the SAVE button.
Once complete, SPF should be restored to function as expected, and you can navigate back to the home page or alternative page within the web client.
