Engineering Approval Workflow

Rules:

1. Response states:

If all documents are approved, the user can only approve the workflow step.
If all documents are rejected, the user can only reject the workflow step.
If some documents are approved and others rejected, the user can only do Partial Endorse or Partial Approve of the workflow step.

2. All endorsers must action their step regardless of the responses by other endorsers. The same rule applies to approvers.

Note: Engineering only have one endorser and one approver.

3. Endorsers/approvers can see ALL document responses by selecting the Show Responses option under the Transmittal menu.

Only documents that were rejected at either the Endorsement or the Approval step must be submitted on a new transmittal.
