Display Document Versions

A document revision can have 1 or more versions. The latest version of a the latest revision is displayed by a document search.
This page describes two (2) methods to see all versions of a document.
This page assumes you have searched for and located the document of interest. Refer to Search for Documents.

Show Info Map

Select the Show Info Map button, located left of the Doc. Number.
The Information Map opens. The document is displayed in the middle of the map.

Select All Versions

On the Info Map, select the All Versions object.
The number of versions is indicated on the object.
Note: If you cannot see the name of the All Versions object, hovering your mouse over an object will display its name.

Results: All Versions

A list of all document versions is displayed.

Alternative Method

Alternatively, you can select the Actions menu icon, located left of the Doc. Number.

Alternative Method

Select Show All Versions.
A list of all versions of of the latest revision of the document is displayed.
