Turnover Dossiers are created from the action menu of a sub-system. There are some important pre-requisites before the option becomes available:
1. Sub-system must be related to a Contract
2. The Sub-system’s contract must have been awarded to a contractor which is determined by the _V package of the contract being related to an organization
3. At least one SPF document must reference the sub-system
4. A turnover dossier must not already exist for the sub-system
5. The command is available only to Field Engineers (FE), Field Engineering Managers (FEM), Sub-system Scope Coordinators and Commissioning Managers
Once all pre-requisites have been fulfilled the sub-system will show the option to create a Turnover Dossier from the Action Menu of the Sub-system: Action Menu -> Create Turn Over Dossiers
Important:
Creating a dossier is an intensive process and can take several minutes to complete.
