Creating a CAR, PAR, OFI, NCR from a QS

1. Find the QS from which the Action Report or NCR should be generated

2. Click on the Action Menu of the QS

3. Use the Create Quality Action Report or Create Non Conformance Report (NCR) command

4. The respective form will be opened pre-populated with information from the QS

5. Modify any information and complete the form

6. Click Submit at the end of the page

Creating a CAR, PAR, OFI, or NCR from scratch

1. Click the Quality Incident Management tile from the SPF home page

2. Depending on the desired report, click Create Quality Action Report (CAR, PAR, OFI) or Create Non Conformance Report (NCR)

3. Complete the form

4. Click Submit at the end of the page
