Create a Construction TQ

Log into SPF, and click the Technical Queries tile.
Click Create Construction Technical Queries.
Result: The Construction TQ form opens.
Complete all mandatory fields in the Main tab.
Notes:
In the Related Items tab users can add related items such as documents, tags etc. to the construction TQ.
The Files tab can be used to add files to a Construction TQ, but it can only be used when the Construction TQ is saved. Clicking the Files tab before the Construction TQ is saved will bring up the following popup in the right lower corner.
Click SAVE will save the Construction TQ. A new TQ number is automatically created.
Files can then be added to a Construction TQ after the Construction TQ is saved. To add a file, click the Files tab of the construction TQ form, then Choose Files to select a file, and click UPLOAD to add the file(s) to the Construction TQ.
After clicking SAVE, the CANCEL TQ button will be enabled in the left lower corner.
Clicking CANCEL TQ brings up the following popup.
Enter the reason for cancellation, and click OK.
The Construction TQ is cancelled, the status of the Construction TQ is changed from “Preliminary” to “Cancelled”, and no workflow is attached to it.
The reason for cancellation will be pasted to the TQ Details field of the Construction TQ for searching, tracking and recording:
Clicking SUBMIT will attach the Construction TQ workflow to the Construction TQ and start the workflow process. When the workflow starts, the status of the Construction TQ changes to Reserved.
Once a Construction TQ is saved or submitted, it can be searched by using the new Construction TQ API, just like searching for Engineering TQs.
Use the filter to search for certain Construction TQs or search for all without using filter.
