2. Select layers to be copied to the consolidation layer and click OK.
3. From the Markup menu choose Consolidate Markup to copy the markups onto the new layer.
4. Use the Select tool to choose Markups and modify them as required; respond to Changemarks as necessary.
5. Choose the Save Markup option from the Markup menu to save your work; you will notice that there is a naming convention for markups, this is now more apparent.
Resume Consolidation of a Markup in a New SPF Session
This is the same as the above Resume Marking Up a Document in a New SPF Session. Choose your consolidation layer in step 4.
Print (Publish) Markups to PDF or TIFF
Use the commands to publish a document along with markups to a .pdf or .tiff image.
