Approving a Turnover Dossier

The Turnover Dossier is approved through a workflow.  The contractor submits the dossier, which is routed to the Contractor’s Manager, Field Engineering Manager (FEM), Construction Manager (CM), and Commissioning Manager for approval.   While viewing the dossier in SPF, each are instructed to sign (approve) the CVC certificate within SmartCompletions.  Once the Commissioning Manager has signed the certificate and completed their workflow step in SPF, the signed certificate is loaded to the dossier, the dossier is approved, and made available for archiving.  Below is a depiction of the workflow.
