View Documents in a Transmittal

This page describes how to see the list of documents that are attached in a transmittal.

This page assumes you have opened your To Do list. Refer to To Do List.
 Open Actions Menu

Select the Actions menu icon located left of the Transmittal Number.

The Actions menu will open on left side of screen.

 Show Transmitted Docs

In the Actions menu for the workflow (upper section of Actions menu) select > Relationships > Show Transmitted Docs

The list of transmitted documents is displayed.
Note: The upper section of the Actions menu is for the workflow step (Discipline Approval in this example).
The lower section of the Actions menu is for the workflow object (Transmittal).

 Show Documents
As an alternative to to step 2, select > Relationships > Show Documents in the Actions menu for the workflow object (lower section of Actions menu),

 List of Transmitted Docs
A list of transmitted documents is displayed.

 Alternative: Select Info Map

As a alternative to step 1, select the Info. Map icon located left of the transmittal number.

The Info. Map for the transmittal will be displayed.

 Select Documents

On the Info Map, select the Documents tile.

Note: The Documents tile displays the number of attached documents (2 in this example).

A list of transmitted documents will be displayed.
