Task 3: Completing an Endorse or Approval Workflow Step

 
For endorsement, the response is mandatory and so no option to complete the workflow step is available until responses have been provided.  Once all responses have been specified, the Endorse or Reject option should be used to complete the workflow step.
For client approval, the response is mandatory and so no option to complete the workflow step is available until responses have been provided.  Once all responses have been specified, the Approve or Reject option should be used to complete the workflow step.
Completing the workflow step is the final task when actioning your SPF Notification item.  This action triggers the workflow to remove the item from your To Do list and from the Transmittal Action Manager.  When all recipients of the step have performed this action (or someone has done so on their behalf: refer to Reassigning or Responding to a Workstep on behalf of Another (Response Management) then the system moves to the next step in the workflow.
