Resume Marking Up a Document in a New SPF Session

As a user saves markup layers, they are saved to the SPF server. In a new session of SPF, you can resume markups to a previously saved layer.

1. Open View and Markup for the version of the file previously marked up. By default, the markup layers will be opened up for review of the document rather than for edit.

2. Under the Markup menu choose Close Review.

3. Under the Markup menu choose Open for Edit.

4. Select the appropriate layer and hit OK.

5. Continue to add and save markups as in the previous section.
