Responding for an Off-Shift User

Users are typically expected to claim and respond to a technical query within a single session. However, in the event that a user has claimed a step without completing the task, field engineering managers have the capability to reassign the step to a different person for completion. 
To do this, find the Construction TQ, click the Actions icon to open the Actions Panel and click Show Current Step.
 
Select the workflow step to be reassigned, click the Actions icon to open the Actions panel, and then click Reassign.
After clicking Reassign, the following window pops up:
Select the name of the person to be reassigned, and click OK.
Result: The workflow step is reassigned. The person who gets reassigned can work on the task directly without claiming it.
