Redlines

Two types of redlines exist in the system:

Redline Markup: Allowing contractors to convey deviations to the design.
Redline No-Change: Allowing contractors to convey that there's no change to design information needs to be captured.

The submission of each differs based on 40001-CT-SOP-60281. While each Redline Markup submission needs to be done independently, a Redline No-Change submission is a stamped submission of an index, reducing the typical burden on the contractor. Both submission processes are described in the sections that follow.
