Reassign Workflow Step

  •  This page describes how to reassign an item on  your To Do list in SPF.
  •  This page assumes you have opened your To Do list.  Refer to To Do List.
 
Reassign Workflow Step

Open Actions Menu

1. Open Actions Menu
  • Select the Actions menu button, located left of the Doc. Number.
  • Actions menu opens on left side of screen.

Select Action...

2. Select Action...
  • Inside the Actions menu, select > Action...          
  • Action dropdown list opens.

Select Reassign

3. Select Reassign
  • Inside the Action menu select Reassign.

Insert Name

4. Insert Name
  • Begin typing a name in the dialog box.
  • List of available personnel will appear.
  • Select the user from the list.

Select OK

5. Select OK
  • Select OK to reassign the transmittal or Cancel to return to To Do list.
