Individuals are added to the project either from Share Point or the ICC.
Share Point and ICC Workflows
Share Point supports requests for PAF, Non-PAF, Vendors, and Contractors. Depending on the need, use the appropriate command within Share Point to complete your request.
The ICC supports on boarding contractors once the primary contact has been established.
Support for Single Sign-On
In all cases, SPF cannot on board anyone before these steps are completed. The steps above create a Microsoft Account used for logging into SPF. Single Sign-On (SSO) is the mechanism by which logging into your machine, allows you to access the Microsoft Account and in turn provides you with access to project sites inclusive of SPF. As a consumer of Microsoft Account, SPF does not manage creation of the project accounts, support should instead be directed to IT or the ICC.
Access to BHP SPO
The BHP instance of SPO differs from the HBJV instance of SPF. Please download and complete: SPO Access Request Form and send it to: PotashJansenengineering@bhp.com. Your request will be addressed by the BHP PIM team.
