Meaning of Document Icons

Working document - Available.
Editing a document you are able to edit with this icon will create a new version of the document.

Working document - Checked Out.
This icon indicates a working document that someone currently checked out for editing.

Superceded (previous) version of a working document.
E.g. if the most recent version of a working document is version 4, versions 1, 2 and 3 will display this blue-and-yellow icon.
Version 4 will display the solid blue icon.
Note: To see supercede versions of a document, either:

click the Show Information Map icon and then All Versions, or
-
select >Relationships > Revision Relationships > Show All Versions.

Current Revision of a document.
A current revision is a frozen revision (e.g. It has been issued on a transmittal). You cannot edit a current revision; you can only revise it (make a new revision).

Superceded (previous) revision of a current (approved) document.
When a new revision of an approved document is created, its icon changes from green to green/yellow, and a new working revision (blue icon) is created.
Note: To see superceded revisions of a document, either:

click the Show Information Map icon and then All Versions, or
-
select >Relationships > Revision Relationships > Show All Versions.

|
|
Transmittal for review.
You have received a transmittal for review in your To Do List.
|
|
Transmittal for Approval.
You have received a transmittal for approval in your To Do List.
|
|
Transmittal workflow is completed.
