Managing Auth Codes on Bidder Files within Packages
To edit (add, remove or replace) auth codes on files of a package (contract or procurement packages), navigate to the package (1), click the Actions icon of the package to open the Action panel (2), and then click Show Files (3) from the Actions panel:
All files of the package will be displayed. Click ListEdit button on the top of the window:
The Auth Code column will display:
Clicking Auth Code column of any file will show an Edit button for the file, and clicking the button will show the list of auth codes:
Change the auth code from SubmittedBid that was automatically applied when the bid package was imported to InternallyReleasedBid auth code (1), and click SAVE (2):
The selected auth codeis applied to the file:
