Information Access Control
Within SPF, users belong to a single organization.
In general Engineering Service Provider (ESPs) including BHP, and Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) have access to manage all information (per scope). While vendors and contractors have read/write access to information created by their organization and read access to information that has been shared with their organization. Third- party control is administered using a two-layered control model as explained in the sections that follow.
