Home page
|
Take you to the SPF home page.
|

Previous page
|
Takes you back to the previous page. This button behaves exactly the same as your internet browser's 'back' button.

Actions menu
|
Performs common operations on one or more selected objects.

Pinboard
|
Provides quick access to items that pinned or new items you have created during your session.

Notifications
|
Displays a list of notifications that you have received.
|

Feature sets
|
Contains a configured set of functions that you can use to quickly access same options as the Home page.

To Do List
|
Displays a list of all your tasks.
|
 |
Advanced search
|
Allows the user to create a detailed search using specific search criteria that includes classifications their properties, and parameters.

Settings
|
Allows you to set your configuration and role.
Displays system settings that you can use to customize your user experience.

Search
|
Searches for objects in the system based on object type, parameters, or wildcards you type in the Search Bar.

Add to Pinboard
|
Adds the selected object to your pin board.
This button is visible in the Actions menu for the selected object.

View File(s)
|
Opens the associated file in the SPF View and Markup tool.
If more than one file is attached to a document, you can select what file to view from a list of attached files.
If both native and PDF files are attached, always choose the PDF file.

View Native File(s)
|
Opens a file in its native application (e.g. Word, Excel, PDF Viewer, etc.).
|
 |
View Information Map
|
Displays an information map for the selected object. This map displays the important relationships between the selected object and other objects.

 |
See URL address
|
Displays the URL address for the object (document).
Copy and past the displayed URL into an e-mail or document to provide a link to others.

Open in new tab
|
Open a new tab and display the information in the new tab
|

|
