Generating Inconsistency Reports

Inconsistency reports can be generated at four levels across the Plant:
  • Area
  • Unit
  • Published Document
  • Tag.
Inconsistency reports display information only from your active query scope. You must have access to the desktop client and HBJV User role to see the Inconsistency Report shortcut menu for a document or an object.
 
Option 1: Generate inconsistencies at area level
  • Expand the Find menu from the top ribbon and select Areas... under Published Data
  • Search for the appropriate area, e.g. 211
  • Right-click on the area and click Generate Inconsistency Report... from the menu.
     
     
Option 2: Generate inconsistencies at unit level
  • Expand the Find menu from the top ribbon and select Units... under Published Data
  • Search for the appropriate unit, e.g. 211000
  • Right-click on the unit and click Generate Inconsistency Report... from the menu.
     
     
Option 3: Generate inconsistencies at published document level
  • Expand the Find menu from the top ribbon and select Published Documents... under Documents...
  • Search for the appropriate published document
  • Right-click on the document and click Generate Inconsistency Report... from the menu.
     
     
Option 4: Generate inconsistencies at tag level
  • Expand the Find menu from the top ribbon and select Pipe Run... under Consolidated Data
  • Search for the appropriate tag
  • Right-click on the tag and click Generate Inconsistency Report... from the menu.
