Finding Quality Incidents
How to Search for Quality Incidents
1. Click the Quality Incident Management tile from the SPF home page
2. Click on the desired incident type Quality Submission (QS), Action Report (CAR, PAR, OFI), Non Conformance Report (NCR), Quality Surveillance Report (QSR), or Quality Surveillance Activities.
3. Use any search criteria in the search box (the same as is done when searching for any object within the system)
The system will return matching results for your review. The results can be filtered, sorted, and exported to Excel.
