Downloading and Printing Files with Markups

 

Downloading and printing a file with markups is performed from within View and Markup. Refer to Working with Files in View and Markup under Task1: Working with View and Markup - General Information for both Reviews and Consolidation for the commands to perform these operations.

 

The ability to print / download in bulk is addressed by a different function in SPF, refer to Generating Documents with Markups

 

 

Markups created prior to the upgrade have been converted to work with the new View and Markup.  The conversion is from a BRAVA based markup to a PDF based markup.  Prior to the release of the upgrade, markups on the latest versions of CURRENT and WORKING revisions would have been converted.  All other revisions and versions will be processed after the release and are expected to be completed within the first part of 2025.  Should you need to access markups on revisions or versions that have yet to be processed, please submit a support ticket to the SPF Team and we’ll have your markup processed for you.
