Descoping Information from a PAU tag
Some information is associated to the Dispatch dossier through direct relationships to a PAU tag while others are inferred:
· Checksheets are determined by the tags of the PAU tag in SC.
· Preservation Records, Punchlist Items & Weight Reports are determined by their direct association to the PAU tag in SC.
· All other information: Construction TQs, Redlines Indices, Redlines, and NCRs are determined by their direct relationships to a PAU tag in SPF.
To remove a tag from a PAU tag, it is expected that it will be disassociated in both SC and SPF.
· If all tags for a checksheet chapter are disassociated from the PAU tag in SC, then the chapter document will be removed (on update) from the Dispatch dossier. The document is terminated.
· As tags are disassociated from a PAU tag in SC, any SPF documents for Preservation Records of the tag are terminated.
· Punchlist Items & Weight Reports must be disassociated to the PAU tag in SC for it to be removed from the Dispatch dossier on update. Documents are terminated. If re-associated, a new SPF Document number is generated.
· Construction TQs, Redlines Indices, Redlines, and NCRs must be disassociated from the PAU tag in SPF to be removed from the Dispatch dossier on update.
