Creating a Dispatch Dossier

Dispatch Dossiers are created from the action menu of a PAU tag. There are some important pre-requisites before the option becomes available:

1. PAU tag must be related to a Contract.

2. The PAU tag’s contract must have been awarded to a contractor which is determined by the _V package of the contract being related to an organization.

3. A Dispatch dossier must not already exist for the PAU tag.

4. The command is available only to Subsystem Scope Coordinators and Field Engineering Manager ModYard

Once all pre-requisites have been fulfilled the PAU tag will show the option to create a Dispatch Dossier from the Action Menu of the PAU tag: Action Menu -> Create Turn Over Dossiers

Important:

Creating a dossier is an intensive process and can take several minutes to complete.
