Important Notes about Closing a Technical Query

A technical query can be closed only after a response has been received by the originator.

A technical query can only be closed by the originator.

A technical query can only be closed from the originator's To Do List. Using the search bar to search for a query, then selecting the Actions icon will not display the Close Technical Query option.
 Open Technical Query List
In your To Do List, select the Technical query list, otherwise select All.

 Note Work Step

Although you have already reviewed the response to the query, the work step will still display Review Response until you close the query.

 Open Actions Menu

Select the Actions menu icon located left of the Tr. Number (Transmittal Number).

The Submitter Review actions menu is displayed.

Note: Using the search bar to search for a query, then selecting the actions icon, will not display the Close Technical Query option. It is only visible via the To do List.

 Close Technical Query
In the Submitter Review actions menu, select Close Technical Query.
