Archiving a Dispatch Dossier
Once a Dispatch Dossier has been approved it can be archived serving as a record of the information at the point in time of Dispatch. The dossier will create a set of pdf files and store them on a document related to the root dossier object. The files can be viewed / downloaded from the document the same as for any other SPF document.
To generate the archive, use the action menu from the Dispatch dossier:
Action Menu -> Dossier -> Archive
To view the files of the archive, navigate from the dossier to the document of the dossier and then use the standard document functions.
Action Menu -> Show Documents
