Action a Quality Incident for someone else
In the event that someone is away or off-shift, the Quality Incident workflow step can be actioned by the Quality Manager or reassigned to a different user.  If the step has been sent to a role (like FE, RE, FEM) then any of those with the role can claim or action the step.  When steps are sent to a role, steps can only be reassigned after being claimed.  This is standard functionality for workflow steps on all objects in the system like Transmittals and Construction TQs.  Refer to Reassigning or Responding to a Workstep on behalf of Another (Response Management) for additional details.
